- 8 years as an ASHI Inspector in Missoula, Montana with over 2000 inspections.
- Post graduate training includes Heur Evectic School of Building Inspection, Sun Nuclear Radon, Root Cause Analysis Training and Construction Estimating Institute of Florida.
